This notebook will use echopype to open L1 data in the NODD bucket, calibrate the data, and plot it for end users

(2) Echofish Colab — Frequency Differencing with L2 EK60 Data

This notebook will open data from the L2 dataset, read it into an Xarray dataset, do operations for frequency differencing.

(3) Echofish — Geospatial Indexing

This notebook opens an L2 Zarr store and creates a simplified geospatial line-string from the time/latitude/longitude. It should then plot that data on an interactive map.
